Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Zovfar takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you use our planners: We process the conversation text you provide during a planning session to generate recommendations. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, or give us an email address.
If you choose to be notified: If you opt in to notifications for upcoming planners, we store your email address solely to contact you when that planner launches. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data (page views, session duration) to understand how people use Zovfar and improve the service. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
What we do not collect
- We do not require registration or login
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising
Affiliate links
When you click a booking link in a recommendation, the travel provider may set their own cookies for attribution purposes. This is standard practice and is governed by the provider's own privacy policy, not ours.
Data storage
Any data we hold is stored securely. Notification email addresses are stored in an encrypted database. Conversation data from planning sessions may be retained temporarily to improve our recommendations but is not linked to any identifying information.
Your rights
If you have provided an email address for notifications, you can request its deletion at any time. We will remove it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Zovfar grows. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
