California Privacy Rights

This notice is provided for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It describes your rights regarding personal information and how Zovfar handles it.
Personal information we collect
Zovfar collects minimal personal information. We do not require you to create an account or identify yourself to use our travel planning tools. The only personal information we may collect is:
- Email address — only if you voluntarily request notifications about upcoming planners or ask to receive your recommendations by email
- Usage data — anonymous session and page view data collected via a first-party analytics beacon. This data is not linked to any identifiable individual.
- Conversation data — text from planning conversations, temporarily retained and not linked to identifying information
How we use personal information
- To send you the notification or recommendation email you requested
- To improve the quality of our AI planning tools
- To measure aggregate site usage
Sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
We may share data with service providers who assist us in operating the site (for example, email delivery). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Your California rights
Right to know
You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the purposes for which we use it, and any third parties with whom we share it.
Right to delete
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to correct
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. No opt-out action is required.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights.
How to submit a request
To exercise any of the rights above, email zovfaradmin@gmail.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We will respond within 45 days. We do not charge a fee for responding to verifiable requests unless they are excessive or repetitive.
To verify your identity, we may ask you to confirm the email address associated with any data we hold for you.
Authorised agents
You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorisation and may verify your identity directly with you.
